Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. A maximum of 3 cars are permitted at the property at any time. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. ***Heating the pool for your visit is optional, and is an additional $95 per night of your visit. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to choose this option! •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside. • 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements. •Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays over 10 days. A cleaning rate of $450 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly per week of your stay and requested through the resolutions center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests schedules. •An outside online contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay. •All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and be present for a face to face greeting right after check in is required. -Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front door to monitor entrance and and noise monitoring device inside main living area, pool area/back patio; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
