Enter past the high hedges surrounding this particularly private property and the overt Spanish stylings of this vacation home will instantly impress. As you pass through the traditional dark wooden door and step onto the terra-cotta tiles, you will be instantly transported to another era. The large open-plan living space will beckon you in. The lounge area features generously soft leather sofas and arm chairs, a wall mounted large TV, a sizable retro-style Marshall bluetooth speaker, and even a sideboard stocked with various board games. The adjacent dining area features a traditional wooden table with seating for eight, and just like the lounge, enjoys both a beautiful tongue and groove wooden ceiling as well as views to the pool area. The adjoining fully-stocked kitchen meanwhile gives you beautiful smooth white quartz countertops, all the cooking amenities to create the ultimate paella, as well as direct access to the two car garage that also houses the laundry facilities. Additional rules BY AGREEING TO BOOK, YOU ARE ALSO LEGALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! •Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay booked. •This space is set up for 6 adults/kids plus 2 children 12 and under per our Palm Springs short term rental permit. Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. A maximum of 3 cars are permitted at the property at any time. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. ***Heating the pool for your visit is optional, and is an additional $95 per night of your visit. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to choose this option! •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside. • 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements. •Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays over 10 days. A cleaning rate of $450 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly per week of your stay and requested through the resolutions center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests schedules. •An outside online contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay. •All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and be present for a face to face greeting right after check in is required. -Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front door to monitor entrance and and noise monitoring device inside main living area, pool area/back patio; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires. Parties and events are not permitted. This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under. This home allows one dog with an additional pet fee. There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated. No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home at any time during your stay. NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside. The house was absolutely wonderful. Shannon was very responsive and welcoming. It was myself, my husband, 2 teenage boys and my elderly father. A great home for all ages, with space for everyone to spread out & hang out! Especially loved the outdoor area which was VERY well-shaded from the sun with plenty of comfy seating so we were able to spend the majority of our visit outdoors. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and we loved the secluded and large yard with gorgeous mountain views. It had very cool desert landscaping that was meticulously well-maintained. We brought our dog, and she ran around the yard the whole time - it was very secure with no openings in fence which we really appreciated. The home is walkable to Mr. Lyons steakhouse and the cute diner at the Ace Hotel. It was a very luxurious stay and would love to book again! If you are considering booking, do it, you won’t regret it!

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. This home is walking distance to many shops and restaurants on the South side of town including Mr Lyons, Bar Cecil, Ace Hotel, Kreem, etc. Our Taquitz River Estates neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.
