A 1962 bar cart sits beside a 10-seat dining table with bright orange chairs, and pocketing glass doors open the whole room to the courtyard. The fully stocked kitchen has a 6-burner stovetop and an island seating 4. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! •Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay booked. •This space is set up for 6 adults/kids . Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for ever 2 weeks of your visit. A cleaning rate of $565 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly per week of your stay and requested through the resolutions center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests needs and schedules. One mid-stay cleaning has been included with your reservation as a COMMUNITY FEE. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. ***Heating the pool for your visit is optional, and is an additional $95 per night of your visit. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to choose this option! •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so please be respectful of our neighbors and there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM. •The city of Palm Springs requires that an outside contract will need to be read and signed prior to your visit along with a photo of government issued ID of the responsible party booking this home. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. •This home allows one well behaved pet dog with an additional pet fee. All pets must be pre-approved. We DO always allow service dogs. Dogs must be TAKEN OFF PROPERTY to do their business. •Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to city tax. -Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front entry door and side gates to monitor entrance. Failure of Tenant to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of this rental agreement. Tenant hereby authorizes the Manager to make charges to the Responsible Party for up to $1,500 per incident, should any complaint about the noise level inside/outside the house arise with the local police or the local city authorities. Furthermore, Tenant recognizes the right of the manager to ask Tenant and Tenant's guests to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount. HOUSE RULES- •Check-in is after 3PM •No parties are allowed- although, having a few guests over for dinner and drinks is encouraged. We want you to enjoy your time without a bunch of rules but please be respectful of the space and of our neighbors. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so it is quiet hours after 10PM. If someone reports a noise complaint to our staff, the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ALL fines and asked to leave without refund. •This is a NON-smoking unit -- NO smoking inside but you may smoke outside provided ashtrays are used and sliding doors and windows are closed. If discovered that guests have been smoking indoors, the booking party will be responsible for a minimum $500 cleaning fee. ***TOILET*** DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILETS. All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket. •Please DO NOT bring glasses in or around the pool or spa. There are plastic glasses provided for pool and spa use. -Please bring all trash and recycling to the large bins when removing from the home. Thank you! •Please DO NOT leave any flammables such as candles, incense unattended. •Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. •Missing and/or stained TOWELS will be charged to the guest at a rate of $25 per item. Other linens will be charged accordingly for replacement. Brooklinen sheets and/or duvets will be charged at $195 per set for any stains or damage. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly. •Please keep front door locked and ALWAYS turn A/C to 85 and leave on auto and cool, and lights off when you finish your stay. •We do allow PRE-APPROVED well behaved pets with an additional pet fee. We DO allow service dogs. They must be kept off furniture and picked up after they do their business. “Pet-iquette” Rules for your dog’s visit We love your furry friend - and want our neighbors to as well - so please be sure everyone knows the rules for your visit with your dog. First, your dog must be pre-approved. There is a pet fee for all dog stays. Registered service dogs are exempt but please let us know if the service animal is required because of a disability and what task the dog has been trained to perform. Along with being well behaved and potty trained, dogs must be leashed at all times when taken off property. Dogs debris must be immediately picked up after they do their business. No exceptions. Debris can be disposed of in the outdoor large trash bins. Additional charges will occur if debris is found and lawns/gardens are damaged. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL/SPA at any time. Dogs cannot be LEFT ALONE in the home, in the yard or on the patios to bark and whine. We expect all of our guests, human and canine, to be good neighbors! Dogs are not allowed on furniture - especially if they shed. A pet blanket has been provided and must be used under your dog on any furnishings. Please be mindful and clean up after your pet. You are responsible for any damage done by your pet. Please alert us if your pet has had an accident anywhere in the home so we can treat the area accordingly. When dogs mark, the next dog will want to mark that spot too so this is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure future issues are not encouraged. Leave no trace. Please clean up pet food to keep the critters away. Before arrival, the booking guest must complete an online rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules, and provide a photo of their government-issued ID. HOUSE RULES - All reservations must be a minimum of 28 nights. - This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids. - Parties and events are not permitted. - No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay. - Well-behaved dogs allowed with additional pet fee. Sorry, no cats or other pets. - All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10 PM to respect city wide quiet hours and to be good neighbors. The Elan community pool and spa are open 6 AM–10 PM. CHILDREN This home is not childproofed: cabinets are not secured, the pool and spa do not have child locks, and there are many breakable items. Adults traveling with well-behaved children are welcome, but children must be fully supervised at all times; the home is not advertised or guaranteed as child-safe or childproof. CLEANING Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay. One mid-stay cleaning is included with every reservation as a community fee; any additional mid-stay cleanings are billed separately every 14 days after that.
