Light and airy, making it perfect for longer stays, this super stylish condo - located at the prestigious architecturally significant Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club - is ready for you to enjoy its kaleidoscope of colors. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus large office/den with additional day bed, you will feel right at home in this house-size property, perched perfectly on the second floor. Upon entering through the bright red door, the glam aesthetic of the foyer will immediately impress, as will the light-colored wood-look tile throughout. To the right, the generous lounge room reveals itself, complete with oversized super-comfortable sectional that’s able to easily accommodate six or more. The lounge also features two Barcelona chairs, and media console with 65" Smart TV, all framed beautifully by the vast expanse of floor-to-ceiling glass that lets in abundant natural light, and grants you panoramic views of the country club grounds and beyond. The adjacent office/den provides wonderful additional living space, whether it’s for work at the tortoise-shell desk, relaxing on the velvet sofa in solitude with a good book, or maybe stretching out on the day bed, which also can convert to a queen bed. Just behind the lounge, the dining area offers seating for 6 around a beautiful Knoll marble-top tulip table. The dining area is positioned right next to the newly remodeled fully-stocked kitchen complete with wine fridge, Miele appliances (gas stove + grill, dishwasher, built-in fridge/freezer), microwave and oven. The super slick black counters and silver backsplash invite you in and will make cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing a family dinner, or just a couple of martinis! Out on the balcony, color is king, with a funky outdoor dining set for 4, plus adjacent lounge seating for 5, all in hues of blue, white, and green to match the sky, clouds and grassy surrounds that you’ll be taking in from your position on high. For accommodations, the master bedroom at the end of its long entrance hallway is a retreat in itself. Larger than that found in many houses, the rattan king bed and new Parachute Home mattress, complete with hotel quality Brooklinen linens, sits amongst a palette of blues and black that presents an aesthetic that’s both serene and luxurious in equal measures. There’s a bright velvet blue sofa, dresser and large wall-mounted smart TV, plus direct access to both a generous walk-in closet and a strikingly unique black-and-white designer bathroom, with double vanity, large walk-in shower and ample storage. The second bedroom is no less spectacular, with its bright aqua mid-century wallpaper and other decor touches, plus king bed with new Parachute Home mattress. The room also provides a dresser plus wall-mounted smart TV, and is located right next to the central bathroom which has to be one of the most incredibly fun restrooms you will ever see. Its desert-inspired pink and green "white tigers in Palm Springs" wallpaper is the perfect contrast to its super slick finishes, from its vanity to the the mosaic tile surrounding the shower and bath. The Seven Lakes community itself provides breathtaking views over a Ted Robinson designed executive golf course, enhanced by mid-century modern architecture designed by Richard Harrison and William Cody. Amenities include a 24-hour attended-gate, an 18-hole par 58 golf course that’s 2712 yards long, a club house complete with restaurant and bar facilities, 15 heated swimming pools and spas, multiple BBQ areas and outdoor kitchens, full-sized tennis courts and pickleball, and of course seven lakes. Additional rules BY AGREEING TO BOOK, YOU ARE ALSO LEGALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! •Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay booked. •This space is set up for 4 adults/kids plus 2 children 12 and under. Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. There is a 2 car garage available for your visit as well as guest parking spaces around the property. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. •There are noise ordinances here in Palm Springs, PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays over 28 nights. A cleaning rate of $350 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly per week of your stay and requested through the resolutions center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests needs and schedules. One mid-stay cleaning has been included with your reservation and is listed as a "Community Fee." •An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay. •All guests will have a face to face greeting at check in within 30 minutes of arrival or the following morning if arriving after 6PM. -Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front door and back door to monitor entrances. HOUSE RULES- •Check-in is anytime after 3PM •No parties are allowed- although, having a few guests (up to 4 between the hours of 10AM and 10PM) over for dinner and drinks is encouraged. We want you to enjoy your time without a bunch of rules but please be respectful of the space and of our neighbors. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so there is no outdoor noise allowed after 10PM. If someone reports a noise complaint to our staff, the HOA, or the police, you will be responsible for ALL fines and asked to leave without refund. •This is a NON-smoking unit -- NO smoking inside but you may smoke outside provided ashtrays are used and sliding doors and windows are closed. If discovered that guests have been smoking indoors, the booking party will be responsible for a minimum $500 cleaning fee. ***TOILET*** DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILETS. All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket. •Please DO NOT bring glasses in or around the pool or spa. There are plastic glasses provided for pool and spa use. -Please bring all trash and recycling to the large bins when removing from the home. Thank you! •Please DO NOT leave any flammables such as candles, incense unattended. •Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. •Missing and/or stained TOWELS will be charged to the guest at a rate of $50 per item. Other linens will be charged accordingly for replacement. Brooklinen sheets and/or duvets will be charged at $225 per set for any stains or damage. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly. •Please keep front door locked and ALWAYS turn A/C to 85 and leave on auto and cool, and lights off when you finish your stay. •We do allow PRE-APPROVED well behaved dogs with an additional pet fee. We DO allow service dogs. They must be kept off furniture and picked up after they do their business. FILMING: The filming of any still or motion pictures in any format that requires more than 2 persons and/or any specialized gear, apparatus or crew is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained. Failure to obtain written authorization may result in full deposit forfeiture. GUEST STAY (RESPONSIBLE PARTY) AS SUBJECT OF THE LAW: Responsible party acknowledges that during the length of the rental period, responsible party and his/her guests is/are subject to all State and Federal laws, County Ordinances and City regulations valid within the jurisdiction where the home is located. Owner(s) and/or Manager(s) are neither responsible to inform Responsible party of what these laws, ordinances and city regulations are, nor could Owner(s) and/or Manager be held liable should Responsible Party(s) and/or Responsible Party's guests commit a crime, misdemeanor, felony or infraction (including parking infractions). You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home or any items in the home, you will be charged the total cost of replacement. RESPONSIBLE PARTY'S (GUEST'S) LIABILITY: Guest agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Responsible Party or their guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. *There is a surveillance camera at the front door and back door, facing away from the door.
 Housekeeping is required a minimum of every 14 days of your stay. One additional cleaning has been included as "community fee" with your reservation. Stays longer than 29 nights will be billed $350 for additional cleanings every 2 weeks and scheduled to meet guest needs. Weekly cleaning are available if requested with additional fees. This home is dog friendly provided your dog is pre-approved for weight, breed and temperament. Pet fee will apply. Responsible guest must be 25 years or older to rent this property. All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for city wide compliance...and to be good neighbors : ) A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and names of all guests.

The Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club is located in the South-East corner of Palm Springs, within a couple miles of the Palm Springs International Airport, and just a few minutes drive from the Von’s and Trader Joe’s supermarkets. The surrounding area presents many hiking and mountain biking trails, while restaurants, night spots, cafes and downtown Palm Springs itself are just a little over 10 minutes drive or Uber ride away.

Guests have full private access to the condo and 2 car garage. Enjoy any of the 15 heated pools and spas, play 18 holes of golf on the Ted Robinson designed golf course with sweeping mountain views, play tennis/pickleball on a full sized court, or socialize in the William Cody designed club house where dignitaries and Hollywood royalty have mingled for decades.

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. Our neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.
