WELCOME Host With The Most can be available for anything you need & will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE Guests booking this home must be 25 years or older. Before arrival, the booking guest must complete an online rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules, and provide a photo of their government-issued ID. HOUSE RULES - All reservations must be a minimum of 28 nights. - This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids. - Parties and events are not permitted. - No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay. - Well-behaved dogs allowed with additional pet fee. Sorry, no cats or other pets. - All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10 PM to respect community quiet hours and to be good neighbors. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated. CAMERAS Ring cameras at entry points on property to monitor entrances. POOL & SPA Pool heating is an additional $65 per night of your visit. Please note that applicable processing fees will be added to the pool-heating cost and displayed for your review before payment is completed. Spa heating is included with your stay. The ELAN community pool and spa are open 6 AM–10 PM. CHILDREN This home is not childproofed: cabinets are not secured, the pool and spa do not have child locks, and there are many breakable items. Adults traveling with well-behaved children are welcome, but children must be fully supervised at all times; the home is not advertised or guaranteed as child-safe or childproof. CLEANING Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay, and include a full linen turnover and amenities refresh. One mid-stay cleaning is included with every reservation as a community fee; any additional mid-stay cleanings are billed separately every 14 days after that.
