This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids. No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay. All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors. A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules. Pool heating is an additional $65 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your stay. Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay at a rate of $565 per cleaning. This includes a full linen turnover and amenities refresh. One mid-stay cleaning has been included with your reservation as a COMMUNITY FEE.
