With its high walls, it’s the perfect place to take in some sun on its twin sun lounges, or alternatively take a meal or a cocktail at the stylish 4-seater round dining table under the black and white umbrella. Moving inside through the front door, the glamorous Hollywood Regency design style will take your breath away as the generous living area unfolds in front of you. Directly in front of you is the glass and gold dining table, surrounded by 6 blush pink velvet chairs. Located within the bay window, it’s the ultimate place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you’re desiring something a little more casual but still stylish, the three gold and grey velvet stools at the kitchen counter are perfect for a morning coffee, quick bite, a cocktail from the adjacent super cute bar cart, or just to converse with the cook. Whomever is on chef duties will appreciate the newly renovated and fully-stocked kitchen too. Additional rules BY AGREEING TO BOOK, YOU ARE ALSO LEGALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! •Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay booked. •This space is set up for 4 adults/kids. Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. A maximum of 2 cars are permitted at the property at any time. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, and we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. If someone reports you to the HOA, City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays over 30 days. A cleaning rate of $350 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly per week of your stay and requested through the resolutions center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests schedules. •An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay. •A face to face greeting at check in is required. HOUSE RULES- •Check-in is after 3PM •No parties are allowed- although, having a few guests (up to 4 between the hours of 10AM and 10PM) over for dinner and drinks is encouraged. We want you to enjoy your time without a bunch of rules but please be respectful of the space and of our neighbors. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, there is no outdoor noise allowed after 10PM. If someone reports a noise complaint to our staff, the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ALL fines and asked to leave without refund. •This is a NON-smoking unit -- NO smoking inside but you may smoke outside provided ashtrays are used and sliding doors and windows are closed. If discovered that guests have been smoking indoors, the booking party will be responsible for a minimum $500 cleaning fee. ***TOILET*** DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILETS. All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket. •Please DO NOT bring glasses in or around the pools or spas. There are plastic glasses provided for pool and spa use. -Please bring all trash and recycling to the large bins when removing from the home. Thank you! •Please DO NOT leave any flammables such as candles, incense unattended. •Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. •Missing and/or stained TOWELS will be charged to the guest at a rate of $50 per item. Other linens will be charged accordingly for replacement. Brooklinen sheets or duvets will be charged at $195 per set for any stains or damage. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly. •Please keep front door locked and ALWAYS turn A/C to 85 and leave on auto and cool, and lights off when you finish your stay. •We do allow PRE-APPROVED well behaved dogs with an additional pet fee. We DO allow service dogs. They must be kept off furniture and picked up after they do their business. FILMING: The filming of any still or motion pictures in any format that requires more than 2 persons and/or any specialized gear, apparatus or crew is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained. Failure to obtain written authorization may result in full deposit forfeiture. GUEST STAY (RESPONSIBLE PARTY) AS SUBJECT OF THE LAW: Responsible party acknowledges that during the length of the rental period, responsible party and his/her guests is/are subject to all State and Federal laws, County Ordinances and City regulations valid within the jurisdiction where the home is located. Owner(s) and/or Manager(s) are neither responsible to inform Responsible party of what these laws, ordinances and city regulations are, nor could Owner(s) and/or Manager be held liable should Responsible Party(s) and/or Responsible Party's guests commit a crime, misdemeanor, felony or infraction (including parking infractions). You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home or any items in the home, you will be charged the total cost of replacement. RESPONSIBLE PARTY'S (GUEST'S) LIABILITY: Guest agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Responsible Party or their guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Guest agrees to reimburse owners for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items. HOLD HARMLESS: Owner(s) / Manager(s) do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. The foregoing notwithstanding, Owner(s)/Manager(s) will use good faith efforts to remedy any deficient condition following notice. POOL, SPA and WALKWAYS: The undersigned is fully aware that these can be dangerous, that the walkways and area around the pool and spa can be slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is not careful. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the walkways. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from, provided however, that Owner(s)/Manager(s) shall remain liable for such damages to the extent that such damages are determined to be the direct result of Owner(s)/Manager(s) negligence. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. Other Details to Note
This home has a 29 night minimum for all guest stays. One mid stay cleaning is included and has been paid as a "community fee" along with the after stay cleaning for each reservation. Additional cleanings at a rate of $350 per cleaning are required a minimum of every 2 weeks for any stays longer than 4 weeks. Payment for the additional cleanings will be requested via the Resolutions Center.

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber and steps from the city bus, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. Our neighborhood is perfect for walking around and is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to explore.
