As you enter through the tranquil blue front doors you’ll immediately feel relaxed and transformed to full vacation mode. Welcome to a world where all the style of midcentury design seamlessly blends with the epitome of ultra-modern luxury. Once inside you’ll notice the amazing array of art in each room of this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom high-end home. The oversized living area is no exception, finished impeccably with both original midcentury pieces and modern accompaniments. As a part of our "Artist in Residence" concept, Lynda Keeler's artwork is featured prominently through out this home. Stretch out on the sofa, fix yourself a cocktail from the bar cart to sip fireside, enjoy the artwork, or just watch some classic movies on the large screen TV. The open concept living area includes a large marble oval dining table with seating for eight on high backed chairs from a bygone era. The fully-stocked kitchen has been impeccably remodeled with all the latest modern conveniences while still retaining its original mid-century charm. It also has its own breakfast area, allowing you to sit at the table, enjoy your morning coffee and more with a view of the golf course. Stepping outside the wall of glass from the living area, you’ll discover a patio area with lounge seating, a fire pit for those cool desert nights, outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Of course the main attraction is the original large heated salt water pool with in-built spa. It’s surrounded by ample sun loungers to give you the opportunity to work on that tan while taking in the 17th hole of the adjacent Indian Canyons golf course. With Corn Hole game poolside, you might be able to score your own “hole in one” without all the walking! Accommodations: Primary Bedroom The oversized primary suite features a luxuriously soft, hotel quality king-size bed, its own private and recently remodeled en-suite bathroom with its own patio, double vanity and huge shower, an enormous walk-in closet and wall-mounted television. There’s extra seating inside and also on the patio outside via the direct access to the backyard and pool. This room has direct ensuite access to the renovated central bathroom with its full bath and shower. Additional rules BY AGREEING TO BOOK, YOU ARE ALSO LEGALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! •Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay booked. •An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs. •This space is set up for 8 adults/kids plus 2 children 12 and under per our Palm Springs short term rental permit. Please adjust your guest count accordingly prior to booking. There are up to 4 additional day guests allowed between the hours of 10AM-10PM. •You may have a MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles at this home at any time. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, we do have breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise their child at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. ***Heating the pool for your visit is optional, and is an additional $95 per night. Pool heat can be added for all nights of any given reservation only. Reservations 28 nights or more will be charged actual utilities costs for the time of the reservation should pool heat be requested. A $500 deposit will be required and actual cost determined within 2 weeks of check out. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to choose this option. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. PARTIES AND NOISE: Music of any kind and at any level is not allowed outside. Tenant agrees not to bring speakers outside and to not crank up the music playing inside so it can be also heard outside. If music is on inside, sliders and windows must be closed to ensure music cannot be heard from the property line. This is a mandate by the city of Palm Springs for all short term rentals. •Responsible Party and all guests agree to keep the noise level inside and outside the house under respectable levels, so as to not interfere with the peace and quiet of any person outside the boundaries of the property. Responsible Party agrees to conform to all provisions and city ordinances per the relevant Municipal Code. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside. • 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements. •Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax. •Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays over 14 days. A cleaning rate of $550 per cleaning will be added bi-weekly during your stay and paid through the Resolution Center. Cleanings will be arranged weekly/biweekly to accommodate guests schedules. •An outside contract, required by the city of Palm Springs, will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. Located in the quiet and upscale neighborhood of Indian Canyons in a highly desirable area of South Palm Springs, The Alhambra House is a modernist fan’s dream with amazing period architecture and dazzling views at every turn. Indian Canyons, formerly known as Canyon Country Club, was the first fully planned community in Palm Springs. Built in the 1960s on a championship golf course, it’s a beautiful mix of distinctive mid-century architecture. You can tour many of these homes during Modernism Week each year in February. For the modern architecture lover, it's an event not to be missed! Stroll down to the club and have a cocktail while looking out over the amazing fountain donated by Walt Disney himself. Rumor has it that it was a gift after the golf pro helped his son improve his handicap. The Smoke Tree Village strip mall is less than 5 minutes drive away, giving you a supermarket and many other services, as well as a host of tasty restaurants to choose from. The Deepwell Antique District is also about 5 minutes drive away for all the best midcentury finds, while Downtown Palm Springs itself can be reached in under 10 minutes, giving you an even more extensive range of cafes and eating options, as well as shopping galore.

Ah! Our long weekend was bliss! We are a group of 2 creative directors, 1 landscape designer and 1 brand strategist (along with 4 little ninos) and we were all blown away. Your house is perfection! Every detail pulled together with care and craft. The kitchen was amazing. Stocked and ready to cook. Rooms were roomy and homey and clean! Kids had a blast playing in the pool and watching movies when it got too hot. Literally perfect little get away. And we are very much looking forward to coming back again! Thank you!

Find us

Most guests rent a car at the airport or drive to Palm Springs. The garage is air-condition capable should you require it and can easily hold 1 car. Tesla Solar EV charger available for use if needed. Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least one day. Our neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to explore.
